Only selected locations will offer rewards redemptions. Use the map to identify a location that can offer you the opportunity to redeem your free hot drink.
From the map, use the filter to show relevant locations.

NOTE: If a location offers it, but you do not have a current voucher, this will not show up.
From your shelf, scan the scan station at the cafe. If that cafe is a part of the promotion, a tickbox to redeem the free hot drink will appear. Check it and complete the borrow transaction.
When you show the counter staff the green, validation, screen, this will include a note that the free hot drink has been redeemed. The counter staff will be happy to offer you a free hot drink.
You will be prompted to confirm that the counter staff have seen this green validation screen. Once it is gone, the voucher has too!
