If you have lost or forgotten your password, a reset link can be emailed to the email address associated with your account.

1. From the sign in page, select "Forgot password?

3. The app will send a reset link to your email address. Pop over to your email client to complete the process.

5. Enter a new passcode. Follow the prompts to ensure it is accepted. Enter is a second time to ensure it is as you intended.

2. Enter the email address that you have set your account up with.

4. Click the link in the email that you receive. This will take you back to the app to complete the password reset.

6. Success. Your password has been changed. You can now log in.
